Paula Falco is a design and strategy executive, educator, and mentor who brings structure, empathy, and clarity to every conversation.

She has led design and transformation initiatives at enterprise scale, advised executive boards, and trained hundreds of professionals in aligning design, business, and leadership. Her approach is consistently described as clear, calm, empowering, and pragmatic — helping people turn complex challenges into structured, measurable progress.

Beyond consulting, Paula is an Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London, where she teaches Service Design and Strategy, and a Top 1% mentor on ADPList, supporting the next generation of design leaders. She is also the author of Aura’s Journeys, a children’s book series inspired by her daughter, dedicated to teaching empathy and emotional intelligence.

After years working within large enterprises like Oracle, Salesforce, and Wood Mackenzie, Paula saw the same challenge repeat: design and delivery teams were full of talent — but disconnected from leadership clarity. Falco UX was born to bridge that gap.
